MINSK. Nov 4 (Interfax) – A Belarusian government delegation led by Prime Minister Alexander Turchin has departed for an official visit to Kazakhstan, where talks are scheduled with the country’s president and prime minister, the press service of the Belarusian Council of Ministers said on Tuesday.
