Development Bank of Kazakhstan launches $1 bln program to finance rare-earth metal projects

ASTANA. Oct 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) –Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (DBK) is launching a program for financing projects in the extraction and processing of rare, rare-earth, and critical materials for 2025–2030, with a total budget of $1 billion, the bank said in a Friday press release.
