Five Kazakh national security and interior ministry employees detained for drug smuggling from US

ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Almaty prosecutor's office has completed a pre-trial investigation into a case of drug smuggling from the United States involving 20 people, including employees of the national security agencies and the Criminal Executive System Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the city prosecutor's press service said on Tuesday.
