Russia may participate in construction of power plants in Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk- Samruk-Energy

ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The management board chairman of Samruk-Energy JSC, Kairat Maksutov, said that Russia could still participate in the construction of cogeneration power plants in the cities of Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk.
