Tokayev, Putin give special significance to Moscow talks in developing Kazakh-Russian alliance


ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Russian President Vladimir Putin have discussed preparations for Tokayev's state visit to Russia by phone on Monday, the Kazakh presidential press service said.
