Qarmet plans to increase steel production to 3.7 mln tonnes in 2025

ASTANA. Oct 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Qarmet metallurgical plant (formerly ArcelorMittal Temirtau) plans to produce 3.7 million tonnes of steel in 2025, which is 5.7% higher than in 2024, Yerbol Ismailov, Managing Director for Sustainable Development at Qarmet JSC, told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
