Beeline Kazakhstan acquires online classifieds platform OLX Kazakhstan for $75 mln

ASTANA. Oct 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Mobile operator Beeline Kazakhstan (Kar-Tel LLP, the Kazakh operating company of the VEON holding) has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the Kazakh online classifieds business OLX Kazakhstan from OLX Group for a total of $75 mln, the press service of Beeline Kazakhstan said.
