Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan to complete Trans-Caspian fiber-optic cable by 2027

ASTANA. Oct 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan plan to complete a fiber-optic cable across the Caspian Sea by 2027, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said Friday.
