MOSCOW. Oct 15 (Interfax) - International projects in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan involving LUKOIL (MOEX: LKOH) and Rosneft (MOEX: ROSN) have been exempted from UK sanctions, according to the Kingdom's Treasury, which on Wednesday added Russian LUKOIL and Rosneft to the sanctions list.
