Tokayev honors Alekperov with award, notes Lukoil's contribution in Kazakh-Russian economic relations
ASTANA. Oct 14 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has bestowed the Order of Barys on the Russian businessman and founder of Lukoil (MOEX: LKOH), Vagit Alekperov, the president's press service said in a statement on Tuesday.
