City akim elected for the first time in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Oct 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Adlet Kozhanbayev has been elected the akim (mayor) of Semey (the administrative center of the Abai region) through direct voting, the local territorial election commission reported.
