Russia values special relations with Kazakhstan - Putin

DUSHANBE. Oct 10 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Russia and Kazakhstan have a special relationship, which is the result not only of the personal friendship between the two leaders but also of the fact that both countries are initiators of integration processes in the post-Soviet space.
