Tokayev proposes CIS creative industries association to foster young talent

DUSHANBE. Oct 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has proposed establishing an Association of Creative Industries under the CIS Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation.
