Kazakhstan to establish lab for rare earth metals export control

ALMATY. Sept 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan will establish an internationally accredited laboratory to combat unauthorized exports of rare earth metals, Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction Iran Sharkhan announced Wednesday.
