ASTANA. Sept 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan)- Kazakhstan has determined that building a high-speed railway connecting its capital Astana with the largest city Almaty is economically unfeasible due to insufficient passenger demand, the head of the national passenger rail company said Wednesday.
