Kazakhstan secures $400-mln ADB loan for southern highway project


ASTANA. Sept 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Asian Development Bank has approved a $400 million sovereign-guaranteed loan to Kazakhstan’s national road operator, KazAvtoZhol, to finance the construction of a new highway in southern Kazakhstan.
