Kazakhstan should become fully digital in three years - Tokayev

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Kazakhstan must transform into a fully digital nation within three years, citing the rapid global shift driven by artificial intelligence.
