Council of EU lowers price cap for Russian oil to $47.6 per barrel - document

BRUSSELS. July 18 (Interfax) - The Council of the European Union endorsed the 18th package of anti-Russian sanctions, including the Russian oil price cap reduced to $47.6 per barrel, on Friday, the Council said in a communique.
