Tokayev calls for decisive measures to protect Caspian Sea, Balkhash Lake

ASTANA. July 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has urged effective measures to preserve the Caspian Sea, Lake Balkhash and other natural water reservoirs, emphasizing their critical role in the nation’s economy, ecology and public health.
