Kazakhstan appoints ambassador to Organization of Turkic States

ASTANA. May 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Yerkebulan Sapiyev, Kazakhstan's ambassador to Turkey, as the country's permanent representative to the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), the presidential press service announced Friday.
