Kazakhstan to block destructive content disguised as children’s cartoons

ASTANA. May 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Committee for Children’s Rights Protection under the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan has raised concerns about the spread of cartoons with destructive content online and is preparing proposals to improve regulatory framework to prevent this.
