ALMATY. May 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Transport Ministry and UAE-based Terminals Astana Airport Limited, part of Terminals Holding, signed a $1.1 billion agreement Tuesday to expand Astana International Airport and develop surrounding infrastructure.
