Kazakhstan, Vietnam to deepen defense and security ties

ALMATY. May 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan and Vietnam plan to strengthen cooperation in defense and security as part of a broader strategic partnership, according to a joint statement by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and To Lam, general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
