No one in Kazakhstan has the right to impose language choices for communication or public speeches – Tokayev
ASTANA. April 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – No one in Kazakhstan has the right to dictate which language people should use in private conversations or public speeches, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
