Kazakhstan moves to block anonymous Telegram channels over misinformation concerns

ASTANA. April 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Culture and Information is going to enter into negotiations with the administration of Telegram seeking the blockage of anonymous Telegram channels that spread provocative and false information.
