Kazakhstan to commemorate WWII victory with mass mountain climb

ASTANA. April 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A high-altitude climb to the 4,120-meter Peak of Panfilov Heroes will take place on May 7, commemorating the 80th anniversary of victory in WWII, the Almaty Mountaineering Federation announced Tuesday.
