SCO viewed as potential candidate for CIS observer status – Kazakh foreign minister

ALMATY. April 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is viewed as the main potential candidate for the observer status in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), said Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu.
