ASTANA. April 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan aims to leverage the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) to boost exports of grain, meat, and agricultural products to African nations, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu said during talks with Sierra Leone’s top diplomat.
