OPEC+ able to increase output by 88,000 bpd in April, Russia's output will be stable

MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - OPEC+ countries will be able to boost oil output by 88,000 barrels per day in April compared to March, it follows from figures published by OPEC.
