ALMATY. March 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s National Office for Privatization has said that Otbasy Bank, the operator of the government supported housing programs, and Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), the national railway operator, are not yet ready for an initial public offering (IPO), the Agency for Competition Protection and Development (the Antimonopoly Agency) said in a statement.
