Kyrgyz president, UN high commissioner for human rights discuss freedom of speech

BISHKEK. March 20 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk have discussed issues relating to human rights and freedom of speech protection, the Kyrgyz leader's press service said on Wednesday.
