MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - The oil market remains stable despite OPEC+'s plans to increase oil production by 138,000 barrels per day starting in April, and the alliance is closely monitoring the situation, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told journalists when commenting on forecasts that oil prices could drop to $60 per barrel if the alliance increases production.
