Kazakh Ministry of Culture proposes reduced VAT rate for creative industries

ASTANA. March 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva has proposed introducing a special tax regime for the creative industries in the new Tax Code.
