Russian woman dies in avalanche in mountains near Almaty

ASTANA. March 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - An avalanche occurred in the mountains near Almaty in the area of Komsomol Peak, three skiers were trapped under the snow, one of them could not be rescued, the press service of the Emergency Ministry of Kazakhstan told Interfax-Kazakhstan on Monday.
