Buzachi Operating fined 8.4 bln tenge for environmental damage

ASTANA. March 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Buzachi Operating Ltd, an oil and gas company, has been fined 8.4 billion tenge to compensate for environmental damage that the company has been causing for a number of years, the Mangystau Regional Prosecutor’s Office said in a press release.
