Kazakhstan views rare-earth metals mining as strategic sector

ASTANA. March 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s Ministry of National Economy has identified the development of the rare earth metals industry as a strategic priority for the country, the ministry said in a Thursday press release.
