Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan discuss fiber-optic and electric cable projects across Caspian Sea

ASTANA. March 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in Astana to discuss key bilateral initiatives, including the development of a fiber-optic communication line and a deep-water electric cable across the Caspian Sea.
