Kazakh rescuers are carrying out a flood response exercise

ASTANA. March 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The second stage of the Koktem-2025 exercise (Spring-2025) started on Thursday in the northern, eastern and central regions of Kazakhstan on Thursday, the Emergency Ministry said in a press release.
