SCO, CIS observers find no irregularities at Tajik parliamentary election

DUSHANBE/MINSK. March 4 (Interfax) - The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) mission monitoring the parliamentary election in Tajikistan did not record any violations of national laws that could call into question the legitimacy of this vote, SCO Deputy Secretary General Piao Yangfan said.
