Abai Kairbekov appointed head of Kazakhstan’s Penal System Committee

ASTANA. Feb 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Abai Kairbekov has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Chairman of the Committee of the Penal System in Kazakhstan, according to a presidential decree announced on Friday.
