Kazakh Security Council discusses modernization of army, military infrastructure

ASTANA. Feb 26 (Interfax) - Steps to modernize Kazakhstan's Armed Forces and update military infrastructure were discussed by the Kazakh Security Council at a meeting chaired by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the presidential press service said on Wednesday.
