Kazakhstan ready to participate in constructing small hydroelectric power plants in Kyrgyzstan

ASTANA. Feb 26 (Interfax) - The respective energy ministries of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan have signed a roadmap to implement projects to construct small hydroelectric power plants (HPP) in Kyrgyzstan, the press service of Kazakhstan's Energy Ministry said.
