Kazakhstan to reward students for international science competition wins

ALMATY. Feb 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Majilis (lower house of Parliament) of Kazakhstan has approved a draft law in its first reading that introduces changes to the country’s education and culture legislation. One of the key provisions includes awarding one-time cash prizes to students and their mentors who win international science competitions.
