Kazakhstan to launch Armia.kz app for real-time conscript monitoring

ASTANA. Feb 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan will launch a mobile application, Armia.kz, this year, allowing families of conscripts to monitor service conditions in real-time and communicate directly with military commanders.
