ASTANA. Feb 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A specialized inter-district criminal court in Almaty has convicted two police officers of torture, sentencing them to three and a half years suspended on probation, as announced by Kazakhstan's Prosecutor General's Office, according to an announcement by Kazakhstan's Prosecutor General's Office.
