TCO General Director calls terms of contract with Kazakh government fair (Part 2)

ASTANA. Feb 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The terms of the contract signed by the consortium of Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) with the Kazakh authorities are fair for both investors and the "people", TCO General Director Kevin Lyon said.
