Shoygu arrives in Kazakhstan for talks with country's leadership

ASTANA. Feb 11 (Interfax) - Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoygu arrived in Astana, where he will hold talks with his counterpart Gizat Nurdauletov and also discuss international security issues.
