Current oil prices allow producers opportunity to reinvest, give consumers predictability - Russian first deputy energy minister

MOSCOW. Feb 11 (Interfax) - Current oil prices allow producers 'a decent level of profit for reinvestment', and give consumers an understanding of the situation, namely prices that allow them to plan business and generate a profit, Russian First Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin said at India Energy Week.
