Pope Francis expected in Astana for Congress of Religions in September 2025

ASTANA. Feb 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Holy See Timur Primbetov presented Pope Francis with his credentials and an invitation to participate in the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions that will be held in Astana in September this year, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic reported on Friday.
