Tokayev urges Kazakh banks to step up efforts to refinance problem loans

ASTANA. Feb 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has called on domestic banks to step up efforts to refinance problem loans, the head of state's press service reported.
